Special Circumstances

Weather-Related Cancellations

For outdoor experiences affected by severe weather, hosts may offer to reschedule or provide a full refund. If the host cancels due to weather, you'll automatically receive a full refund. We recommend checking the weather forecast and contacting your host if you have concerns.

Host Cancellations

If a host cancels your booking for any reason, you'll receive a full refund automatically. We'll notify you immediately and help you find an alternative experience if desired. Repeated cancellations by hosts may result in removal from our platform.

Extenuating Circumstances

In cases of serious illness, injury, government travel restrictions, or other extraordinary circumstances, we may provide a full refund or credit regardless of the cancellation policy. Documentation may be required. Contact our support team to discuss your situation.

Modifications Instead of Cancellation

Before cancelling, consider requesting a modification. Many hosts are happy to accommodate date changes, participant number adjustments, or other modifications. Modifications are subject to availability and host approval.
